Refund Policy – Events & Conferences:
We do not issue refunds on any event or conference ticket sales. We have limited tickets for each event, and once a ticket is sold, that seat is taken. However, if we have availability at our next conference, you may join that conference and use your ticket as a credit. There is no guarantee that a “like event” will be held in the future, and there are no guarantees that you will receive a credit. We ask that you only purchase tickets to events that you can attend.
